本机适用于各种不含气流体、半流体的定量灌装.自动完成计数进瓶、定量灌装、输送出瓶等一系列操作.特别适用于水剂、乳剂、悬浮剂、食用油、润滑油的定量灌装,是食品、医药、化妆品以及精细化工等行业的理想包装机械.
主要特点
◆本机采用可编程序控制器(PLC)进行控制,触摸屏操作,具有调节方便,适用范围广等特点.
◆本机采用先进的机电一体化技术,更换任意一种灌装规格只需在触摸屏中修改参数,能同时对12个头的灌装进行大幅度的整体调整,也能对每一个头的灌装量进行单个微量调整.
◆应用触摸屏技术,使机器的操作更可靠,方便,人机界面更加友好.光电传感器,接近开关等采用的都是先进传感元件,做到无瓶不灌装,堵瓶主机会自动停机并报警.
◆灌装方式为下潜式,选用不同材质密封货塞环,可以满足不同特性物料的灌装.
◆整机按GMP标准要求制作,各管路连接采用快装方式,拆卸清洗方便快捷,与物料接触部位及外漏部分采用优质不锈钢材料制造.整机安全,环保,卫生,美观,能适应各种不同环境的工作。
